Confirming fraud is money-moving. Each processed event is marked
CONFIRMED_FRAUD, the related referral is rejected, and that referral’s team-scoped commissions are declined to amount 0.write:affiliates permission. There is no filter-scoped bulk: list a page, then send up to 100 IDs.
Foreign-team IDs return as NOT_FOUND in the per-item results and are not mutated. Already-resolved events return ALREADY_RESOLVED. Extra body properties are rejected.
